# Operational Plan

1. **Network Infrastructure Deployment**

A critical aspect of the operational plan is the deployment of the network infrastructure necessary to support the OHM3 Energy Network. This includes:

* Establishing decentralized nodes and setting up blockchain networks to support energy trading and data management.
* Collaborating with telecommunications providers to ensure reliable and secure connectivity for all users.
* Implementing security measures to protect the network from cyber threats and ensure data integrity.

2. **User Onboarding and Technical Support**

To ensure a smooth user experience, OHM3 will develop a comprehensive user onboarding process, accompanied by ongoing technical support:

* Creating detailed user guides, tutorials, and help resources to assist users in setting up and using the OHM3 Energy Network.
* Providing customer support through multiple channels, including live chat, email, and a dedicated support hotline.
* Offering training sessions for larger users, such as commercial enterprises and community energy groups, to maximize the benefits of the platform.

3. **Continuous Improvement and Optimization**

Post-launch, OHM3 will focus on continuous improvement and optimization of the platform:

* Regularly updating the platform to incorporate new features, fix bugs, and improve performance based on user feedback.
* Monitoring the system’s performance and user satisfaction, using data analytics to identify areas for improvement.
* Engaging with the user community to gather insights and suggestions for future development, ensuring the platform evolves in line with user needs.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://ohm3.gitbook.io/ohm3/implementation-plan/operational-plan.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
