The OHM3 Foundation plays a pivotal role in the governance structure. In the early stages of network construction, the foundation will provide initial oversight and strategic direction to ensure efficient and stable development. The foundation manages administrative functions, maintains the integrity of the network, and ensures alignment with the network’s mission and values.

An Overview of the OHM3 Foundation

The primary mission of the OHM3 Foundation remains to oversee digital initiatives focused on enhancing global renewable energy efforts. The OHM3 Foundation aspires to revolutionize energy markets and potentially establish a novel energy-based monetary system.

The Foundation's primary purposes include promoting blockchain-related technology for energy markets, supporting OHM3 Improvement Proposals (OIPs), producing educational materials related to decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) and blockchain technology, and facilitating commercial agreements aligned with these goals.

Alongside the general initiative, the OHM3 Foundation is working on the development of the OHM3 platform, operated through smart contracts. This platform empowers the OHM3 community to collectively shape its future through decentralized voting. The OHM3 Foundation also recognizes and endorses contributions from individuals in strategy, IT, and law to promote renewable energy and sustainability policies.
